Magnesium chelated creatine –  clinically proven to increase muscle power output and to increase endurance; in one trial magnesium chelated creatine was tested against a control and various forms of other creatine. Magnesium chelated creatine increased average muscle endurance by almost 50%. In a second trial mean and peak power was up by almost 15% and in a third trial magnesium creatine improved body and compartmental water as well as protein synthesis.

Palatinose – a clinically proven carbohydrate that promotes stable blood sugar levels for up to four hours, increasing endurance and promoting muscle recovery.

Hydrolysed whey isolates – a nano protein with more than 80 % of the total amino acids smaller than 1000 Dalton atomic weight. Cyanadin 3 Glucoside extract – has been clinically tested by University of Stellenbosch (US) to increase muscle fibre repair post muscle fibre damage by 220% thus increasing muscle fibre repair by 220%. In a second clinical trial done by US at the Western Province Rugby academy muscle power output when trained to muscle fibre damage was less than 3 % compared to the control of 30%, thus a ten fold increase in muscle power output when muscles are trained to complete fatigue (muscle damage occurs).
